Work Environment\nThis role is fully remote, offering flexibility that allows therapists to manage their schedules while providing crucial services to clients across Fresno, California, and surrounding areas. Our telehealth facility enables counselors to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and support services without the geographical limitations of traditional in-person settings. You will collaborate within a dedicated multidisciplinary team, encompassing psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, all working together to provide the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing telehealth platforms for real-time engagement. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific goals tailored to each client's unique needs. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to foster growth and healing. \n
- Continuously monitor and track clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, demonstrating agility and responsiveness. \n
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all times. \n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in meetings and case discussions to enhance the quality of care provided. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment, implementing best practices as appropriate. \n
- Engage in regular supervision and participate in ongoing training opportunities to further develop clinical skills and expertise. \n
- Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards as established by relevant licensing authorities and professional organizations. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, reflecting a compassionate and empathetic approach in your client interactions. \n
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to handle a caseload effectively. \n
- A clean disciplinary record with no history of actions against you as adjudicated by licensing boards. \n
- \n
- Prior experience working in a telehealth setting or providing virtual therapy is advantageous. \n
- Experience with crisis intervention and adolescent populations will be viewed favorably. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), enhances a candidate's profile. \n
