Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify clients' needs and challenges.

• Collaborate closely with patients to co-create individualized treatment plans that incorporate their goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Administer evidence-based therapy interventions such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT, as well as facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 70,000 and USD 84,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
