Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health situations, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across individual, group, and family settings, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to create a holistic care approach for our clients, ensuring thorough and coordinated management of their mental health journeys.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in distress, leveraging your skills to help them navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues, enabling the organization to build stronger community ties.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills that foster rapport with clients and create strong therapeutic relationships.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and awareness in your practice, effectively accommodating individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Show strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, with familiarity in using secured digital platforms for client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
