Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to address the mental health needs of clients.

• Facilitating discussions around emotions, experiences, and relationships to promote client insight and personal growth.

• Acting as a client advocate, helping them to define realistic and meaningful therapeutic goals.

• Utilizing our therapist portal for documentation and tracking client progress, allowing for streamlined treatment and easy access to vital resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of pre-screened individuals who are generally stable and have low acuity needs. This allows you to focus on meaningful interactions without the heightened pressures often associated with more acute cases. Our approach prioritizes building long-term therapeutic relationships that foster resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license from the state board as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• The ability to make professional evaluations and develop effective treatment plans confidently.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms for therapy and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
