Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation, among other mental health concerns. By using innovative tools and adjunct technologies, such as apps designed for suicide prevention and between-session support, you will facilitate comprehensive mental health wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and no disciplinary actions should be present on your record.

• Strong decision-making skills, ability to conduct professional evaluations, and develop treatment plans independently.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills with a genuine capacity for empathy and understanding.

• Proficient in digital communication and telehealth systems.
