Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing a range of mental health issues.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate support groups, family therapy sessions, and couple’s counseling to enhance communal and relational strength.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality patient care delivery.

• Engage in professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay updated on the latest research and strategies in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
