Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through video chat, providing comfort and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with stable, low acuity adults presenting a range of mental health concerns. Your efforts will help these individuals develop essential life skills and strategies that enhance their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid state-issued mental health counseling license permitting independent practice. Licensing options include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, and PsyD. Note: No provisional or limited licenses accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and a sympathetic nature, allowing you to connect effectively with clients.

• Robust computer proficiency, including experience with telehealth platforms.
\n
• Reliable technology, including a computer with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions, as well as a dependable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in virtual counseling environments. Familiarity with solution-based therapy techniques is also advantageous. Candidates who have worked with similar adult populations or dealt with a variety of mental health issues will find this role particularly rewarding.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus to support their transition into the role. We offer an attractive benefits package that includes flexible working hours and the capability to establish a full clinical caseload typically within weeks.
