Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among clinical supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders involved in patient care to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Schedule and conduct home visits to observe client environments, ensuring comprehensive understanding and support for each client’s situation.

• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to share insights and updates on client progress, ensuring cohesive care strategies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring that all relevant information is easily accessible to authorized team members.

• Submit monthly and quarterly progress reports detailing client advancements and any adjustments to treatment plans.

• Design and implement training sessions for staff to enhance their competencies in the delivery of program services and the use of documentation systems.

• Provide ongoing support to clients through follow-up interviews and observations, ensuring their evolving needs are met.

• Act as an advocate for mental health awareness within the community, bridging the gap between the general population and mental health services.

Qualifications\n

The Nashville Brain Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
