Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of each client and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Providing ongoing therapy sessions through telehealth to support client progress and wellness goals.

• Timely and effective communication with colleagues, clients’ families, and other stakeholders to monitor treatment effectiveness and facilitate collaborative care.

• Documenting detailed progress notes on a monthly and quarterly basis to track client advancements and adapt treatment plans as needed.

• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and program development.

• Coordinating follow-up sessions and home visits to ensure continuity of care and address any barriers clients may face in their recovery.

• Organizing training sessions for team members to promote the proper implementation of treatment strategies and documentation practices.

• Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines within your practice.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.

• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
