Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their unique needs, challenges, and therapy goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a personalized and supportive therapeutic experience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and other therapists, to provide holistic client care that aligns with best practices and ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, conferences, and peer supervision, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Your role will primarily focus on providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is essential, ideally in a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse range of clients.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
