Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status through virtual consultations, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group formats, providing clients with coping tools and strategies to manage their conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to refer clients for additional services, including psychiatric evaluations or specialized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, preferably with a focus on outpatient care.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, demonstrating cultural competence in therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
