Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards while fostering a trustworthy client relationship.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele that require personalized approaches to treatment, focusing on their unique circumstances and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC licensure, valid in the state of Georgia.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience is required, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with a wide variety of clients.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care practices.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and relevant technologies is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and client caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, our counselors receive extensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance.
