Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Hold regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and tailor future treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor personalized treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Document client interactions meticulously, keeping accurate and up-to-date progress notes for all clients.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional development and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse group of individuals, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Serenity Mindscape, you will focus on providing empathetic and evidence-based care that addresses the complexities of mental health issues within the outpatient population. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
\n
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Serenity Mindscape offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model provides guaranteed rates, allowing you to get compensated ahead of collections without delays. Additional benefits include:
