Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy to a diverse array of clients, conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand their unique situations.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, to foster client engagement and progress.

• Deliver therapy in multiple formats, including telehealth sessions and traditional in-person meetings, ensuring flexible access for clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Comprehensive Counseling Center, you will serve a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 70,000 and 110,000, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
