Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Facilitate sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal standards, confidentiality policies, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
