Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, carefully determining appropriate treatment plans for each client based on individual needs and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a range of client demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring clients receive holistic care and comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.

• Maintain precise clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Your counseling practice will primarily focus on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with trauma, substance abuse issues, family dynamics, and couples counseling. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
