Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance from the first interaction.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique experiences and goals, using evidence-based methodologies and best practices.

• Maintain a warm and empathetic presence throughout counseling sessions, fostering an environment where clients feel safe and understood.

• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, discussing and exploring potential changes in therapeutic direction during sessions.

• Provide clients with psychoeducation and practical coping strategies that empower them to manage their symptoms effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to care, making referrals to other mental healthcare providers or community resources when appropriate.

• Stay current with the latest developments in counseling techniques and mental health strategies to deliver the best possible care to your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid LPC license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships and create an engaging therapeutic space.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt treatment modalities to suit individual client needs.

• Willingness to coordinate referrals and collaborate with external mental health and community providers as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
