Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, where you will establish rapport and ensure the maintenance of professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to review their progress and stability, addressing concerns, and planning discharge when appropriate.

• Developing and applying tailored, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining up-to-date documentation and progress notes in line with organizational requirements.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather necessary information and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions weekly, deploying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Engaging in individual supervision and collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth, addressing their mental health challenges through evidence-based therapeutic practices. This role requires compassion and a commitment to serving this vulnerable population, which may include those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements within our clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be valued:

Compensation and Benefits\n
