Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds, ranging from elementary to high school age. You will work with individuals experiencing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and adjustment challenges. By providing culturally sensitive and individualized care, you will help students develop coping strategies and resilience to navigate their personal and educational challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, with a preference for candidates with five years of experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and team members.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

We prefer candidates who have hands-on experience working in a school or educational setting and familiarity with school-based mental health programs. Compensation and Benefits\n
