Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve middle and high school students from diverse backgrounds, facing varying degrees of academic, social, and emotional challenges. By utilizing culturally competent approaches, you will support these young individuals in navigating the complexities of adolescence, ultimately fostering resilience and promoting well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current License as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of practice.

• At least two (2) years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a school setting.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing virtual counseling tools and technology, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Five (5) years of experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor is preferred, especially with a focus on adolescent mental health.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage documentation and communication.

• Salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
