Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, customizing care plans in collaboration with patients and their families to meet identified objectives.

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care that encompass therapeutic goals, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions, including crisis counseling and psychotherapy, to individuals and groups, addressing a range of mental health challenges with empathy and professionalism.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing social skills, emotional regulation, and peer support.

• Maintain compliance with organization policies and mental health regulations, adhering to established standards while working within the scope of your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A valid social work license in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, meeting the standards set by the Council on Social Work Education.

• Proven ability to assess and manage a varied caseload, demonstrating sound judgment and clinical frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
