Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health and modify care plans based on their evolving needs and feedback from clients and caregivers.

• Develop comprehensive care plans rooted in thorough assessments, establishing clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with the client and their treatment team, including physicians.

• Implement tailored care plans through engaging therapeutic methods, ensuring clients feel heard and supported during their healing journey.
\n
• Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, group counseling sessions, and crisis counseling, adapting techniques based on each patient's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate and lead individual psychotherapy and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for sharing and growth.
\n
• Ensure all services adhere to organizational policies and established mental health and substance abuse standards, while staying within the scope of practice.

• Evaluate family systems and individual functioning across various contexts—work, family, and daily routines—and identify ongoing areas that require additional support or resources.

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to identify patient and caregiver needs, creating clear and achievable care plans based on findings.

• Set specific measurable goals for clients and regularly assess progress toward these goals through feedback sessions and re-evaluations.

• Demonstrate a sensitivity to the diverse needs of clients and families, adapting your approach to ensure inclusivity and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children and adolescents within school settings who are facing diverse mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to complex behavioral issues. You will work closely with families to create a supportive network that promotes healing and growth, while addressing the unique concerns of each individual client.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active Social Work License in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council on Social Work Education is essential.

• This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively, and a dedicated commitment to patient advocacy and ethical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in school-based settings or with youth populations is highly desirable.

• Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
