Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, continuously assessing and adjusting interventions based on client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, participating in regular case discussions to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to families and individuals facing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques to stabilize situations effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and relevant privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on engaging with children and families, providing the necessary support to navigate various mental health challenges. You'll work closely with clients experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.

• Possession of an active state license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working in therapeutic settings, specifically with children and families, is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse populations and build rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
