Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions online, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline goals and interventions, reviewing and updating them regularly to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals within our group practice to address the holistic needs of clients, including coordinating referrals and sharing insights on best practices.

• Provide immediate telehealth support to families navigating acute crises, offering strategies and guidance to stabilize situations and mitigate conflicts.

• Document session notes and treatment plans while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance therapeutic techniques and contribute to ongoing professional development.

In this role, you will primarily serve children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
