Your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who require assistance with a variety of mental health issues. Your role will be crucial in empowering these individuals to improve their quality of life through personalized care, patience, and understanding.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid license to practice independently without supervision as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No provisional or limited license; must have a clean professional history without disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster rapport, empathy, and trust between therapist and client.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth provisions.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly with a focus on adult mental health care. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and online counseling platforms is a plus.
