Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs, establishing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy within individual sessions, as well as in group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops in school environments, covering essential topics related to mental health awareness, coping strategies, and emotional resilience.

• Engage in collaborative case management by working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive, interdisciplinary care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, demonstrating prompt and effective responses to ensure client safety.

• Provide education and resources to clients about available treatment options, community support systems, and self-care practices.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects the highest standards of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance your skills and clinical knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele, including children and adolescents, who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of current and valid licensure (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
