Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans as warranted.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client progress and adjust treatment strategies appropriately.
\n
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to design and implement positive behavior support plans that encourage client growth and success.
\n
• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest level of care and compliance.
\n
• Serve as a knowledgeable liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Establish and maintain communication with community agencies and organizations to enhance service delivery and explore new funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and other educational opportunities, and represent the organization at statewide meetings and committees relevant to mental health practice.

• Promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy while integrating them into daily practice and patient interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure comprehensive service delivery and team success.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use issues, and those with developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A current independent LPCC license to practice in California is mandatory.
