Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with a focus on women aged 35-55. Address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management, guiding clients towards healing and self-discovery.

• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create customized treatment plans in collaboration with your clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with their specific needs and wellness goals.

• Monitor and Support Client Progress: Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Provide encouragement and constructive feedback to support clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives.

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Actively engage with our diverse team of mental health professionals to coordinate care for clients, ensuring referrals are made to specialists when necessary for comprehensive treatment.

• Conduct Intake Assessments: Perform thorough intake evaluations for new clients, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and legal standards within clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
