This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with occasional opportunities to engage with clients in our outpatient office located in Fresno, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and professional relationships to foster trust and therapeutic engagement.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, review treatment plans and stability, and determine appropriate discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress and treatment notes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to ascertain client needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Lead individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and capacities.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a LPCC in California.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with psychiatric and/or substance-abusing populations.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and providing therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and patient management, including basic keyboarding skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $104,000 annually, accompanied by performance-based bonus opportunities. Our compensation package also includes a fee-for-service model, ensuring that you are paid in advance of collections, alleviating the wait for reimbursements.
