Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver compassionate and effective individual, family, and group counseling to clients with varying mental health diagnoses.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that inform tailored treatment plans, while documenting findings in a clear and timely manner.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to client wellbeing.

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain compliance with California state regulations around mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as trauma survivors. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid LPCC license in the State of California, along with BBS registration.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating a robust foundation in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

PROMIS Neurodevelopmental offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
