Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring you have access to necessary resources and support from our established team. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the opportunity to engage in telehealth sessions, allowing for a work-life balance that accommodates your schedule and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to address clients’ unique needs effectively.

• Utilize trauma-informed care approaches to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients who have experienced various traumas, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation concerning treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports, adhering to standards set by California state regulations.

• Engage in regular case reviews and consultations to continually enhance treatment efficacy, alongside participating in ongoing professional development activities.

Our clinic serves a diverse array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, who face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license in California, in good standing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling services.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and teamwork with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
