Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while fulfilling the critical responsibilities of a mental health counselor. Although the counselor will interact primarily with clients via telehealth, they will remain integrated within a supportive and collaborative outpatient office team. The weekdays consist of working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are aligned with the specific needs of each patient, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their psychological, emotional, and social functioning.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others tailored to patient needs.

• Engage clients in constructive talk therapy sessions designed to promote self-awareness, coping techniques, and interpersonal relationship skills.

• Regularly monitor client progress by maintaining detailed records of symptomology, treatment adherence, and the effectiveness of different interventions over time.

• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring clients have immediate access to resources and strategies for coping effectively.

• Write accurate medical documentation, including clinical notes and referral letters, in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients, demonstrating empathy and openness that supports their journey toward healing and growth.

The LPCC will work with a diverse population, encompassing various ages and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Access Healthcare offers competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees includes:
