Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to determine patient needs, strengths, and areas for intervention.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to support patients in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Lead psychoeducational groups to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues, providing patients a sense of community and shared experience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic care for patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
