This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team in Fremont, California. We offer a hybrid model that includes telemedicine as well as in-person visits to cater to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies based on individual evaluations to address the unique needs of each client.

• Lead evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, adapting approaches to fit varying circumstances and goals.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to empower clients in their healing process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, while engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus.
