Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will primarily work with a diverse patient population, which includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and severe mental illnesses. Many of our clients may be involved in the county jail system, requiring specialized knowledge in crisis management and responsive care strategies tailored to unique therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
