Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions, providing individual, group, and family therapy while utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring goals are clear and measurable.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to offer holistic and integrated care to our clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay informed on the latest advancements in telehealth, mental health practices, and cultural competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including those affected by socioeconomic challenges and health disparities. You will work to empower clients through culturally sensitive interventions, understanding their unique experiences and promoting resilience as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted state license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

• A strong commitment to serving minority populations and advocating for mental health equity.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trusting relationships with clients.

• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely, as well as opportunities for continued education and professional development.
