Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing tailored therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or any chosen methodology that best serves the client.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals and monitor client progress diligently, ensuring effective communication and feedback throughout the therapeutic process.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to accommodate clients who may prefer virtual sessions due to accessibility challenges or personal preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, supervision, and workshops to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward all clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic interventions, as well as familiarity with telehealth technologies and mental health platforms, will be given preference. Past work in community health settings is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
