Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are pre-screened and characterized by low acuity levels, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic services. Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals who are stable but could benefit from professional guidance to enhance their mental wellness, navigate life transitions, or develop coping strategies for stress and anxiety.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Demonstrate a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach in treating clients, ensuring they feel safe and heard during therapy sessions.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance a caseload while maintaining attention to detail in both client care and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
