This position will operate primarily in a remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Your schedule will primarily encompass weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the varied needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' backgrounds and trauma histories, enabling the development of tailored treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience, and overall mental well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in your practice.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a space for clients to process their experiences, build healthy coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care, addressing each client's holistic needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies to support client safety and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position will be on individuals suffering from trauma-related conditions, including PTSD, complex trauma, and more. You will work with a diverse client base, which may include survivors of domestic violence, military veterans, and individuals experiencing significant life transitions, ensuring that each person receives personalized care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
