Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary duties will include:

• Delivering individualized, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to assess client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Designing personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals and challenges, ensuring ongoing follow-up and adjustments as necessary.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to integrate insights and provide a holistic approach to each client's treatment, contributing to case discussions and care planning.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively to ensure secure and complete documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. This vulnerable population often faces stigma and barriers to accessing care; thus, your empathetic approach and expertise will be vital in building trust and rapport. Your work will significantly impact their recovery journey, helping them develop healthier coping mechanisms and relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

We require the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and active license in good standing from the Board of Behavioral Science as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proof of license that is not under suspension or probation, ensuring your ability to practice freely and ethically within our organization.

Preferred Experience\n

We strongly prefer candidates who possess at least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.
