As a remote office, our mental health facility empowers therapists to provide care from home while ensuring collaboration and support through technology. Our flexible schedule allows therapists to manage their work-life balance effectively, typically operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Although most work can be done remotely, some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate the needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique challenges and history.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect and incorporate the individual’s cultural and personal background.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions focusing on fostering resilience, well-being, and recovery among patients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing training to enhance cultural competence across the practice.

• Stay well informed regarding the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse array of clients, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrant groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active, valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
