This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to deliver care from your home office while accessing necessary clinical resources and support from our team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ unique trauma histories and risk factors to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, building resilience, and encouraging personal growth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to enable patients to process their trauma experiences, foster self-awareness, and cultivate effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated care tailored to the comprehensive emotional and psychological needs of patients.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, exhibiting agility and compassion in high-stress scenarios.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, help them understand coping mechanisms, and guide them through available mental health resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance expertise in trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Stay current on research and advancements in trauma therapy to ensure the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will be pivotal in supporting individuals affected by trauma, specifically those experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will empower patients to navigate their healing journeys through empathetic support and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current and valid state licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and resilience-building approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred, particularly in trauma-focused therapy.

• Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with compassion and professionalism.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications to document patient interactions and maintain compliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Family Matters Health Care Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
