Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant video chat services, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for clients.

• Utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities to craft and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique mental health needs.

• Assist clients in uncovering insights into their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships, guiding them toward a greater understanding of their experiences.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, providing ongoing support and adjustments to their care plans as necessary to promote healthy coping strategies.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and participate in team meetings to share best practices and therapeutic insights to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health concerns. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers each client to advocate for their needs and find solutions to their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following active licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing for independent practice without supervision.

• No restricted or provisional licenses accepted. Candidates must have a clean professional record without any disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic and empathetic nature, enabling you to build effective relationships with clients.

• Strong proficiency in technology and computer literacy to navigate our electronic health record and scheduling systems efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy is advantageous, as well as familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and approaches. Those who have worked in community mental health settings or have experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams will find this role particularly enriching.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with your experience and working hours. Additionally, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring your well-being is prioritized.
