As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your workspace while remaining deeply connected to a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care. This role requires flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs, with a general work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs, facilitating the creation of personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to support patient improvement.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among participants.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and treatment coordination.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients in need, helping them navigate acute mental health situations effectively and empathetically.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to encourage informed participation in their recovery plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
