Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, ensuring each client receives specialized care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes and providing integrated care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will entail working with a diverse population, including individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By providing a non-judgmental and empathetic space, you will help clients navigate their struggles and empower them towards recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
