Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress and stability, coordinate upcoming appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharges.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are person-centered and responsive to client needs.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and comprehensive progress notes for each client, ensuring proper records are kept for effective treatment continuity.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to establish client histories, needs, and treatment goals.

Qualifications\n
