Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a range of counseling services, including individual and family therapy, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual guidelines, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and program certifications.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate effective communication regarding client progress, treatment updates, and any emergent issues.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly, including client notes, progress reports, and electronic health record updates.

• Support clients in daily living activities by teaching skills such as meal planning, financial budgeting, and personal hygiene, promoting their autonomy and readiness for increased responsibility.

• Observe and report on the general tone and mood of clients, implementing and maintaining safety protocols to ensure a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Assist clients with medication management, ensuring they receive timely reminders for refills and proper adherence to prescribed regimens.

• Provide transportation as required for clients to attend medical appointments, ensuring that they maintain crucial connections to health services.

• Ensure that the clients' living spaces are adequately supplied and organized, teaching them the importance of a well-maintained environment.

Your primary focus will be on children and families grappling with emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in California is mandatory; applicants with an associate license will not be considered due to Medicare billing requirements.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communications and client needs.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology and digital tools for client management, including strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases effectively while maintaining quality care standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contribution to our mission.
