Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including video and audio counseling, client journaling, and progress tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater specifically to a population composed of stable, low-acuity adults. Clients typically seek support for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, and grief counseling. Importantly, our platform does not service children or individuals with severe mental health conditions, allowing you to focus on clients who align with your expertise and therapeutic style.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active full LPCC license in the state of California, free from any disciplinary actions.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, combined with a genuine empathy towards clients.

• Reliable access to a high-speed internet connection and a functional PC or laptop to conduct therapy sessions (tablets are not supported).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually for full-time counselors, along with a substantial sign-on bonus.
