Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions using our secure online platform.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. Common presenting issues include anxiety, mild to moderate depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, and grief-related challenges. All clients are screened before being referred for treatment, ensuring a focus on manageable cases that allow for effective, evidence-based counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Valid and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California, free of any disciplinary actions.

• Access to reliable internet and a functional computer (PC or laptop; tablets are not accepted).

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with prior telehealth experience, familiarity with the tools and technologies used in virtual counseling, and a record of successful engagement with similar client demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, in addition to a substantial sign-on bonus of $3,000 for newly hired counselors. Full-time employees are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enabling them to maintain their health and wellness while focusing on their counseling duties.
