This role is structured as a full-time remote position, allowing for a flexible work-life dynamic while maintaining a strong connection with clients through virtual therapy sessions. Our community health clinic operates from Monday through Saturday, providing you with the autonomy to create and manage your own schedule within this framework. In addition, our in-house credentialing and administrative support ensure you can focus solely on delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s background and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to suit individual service plans and enhance client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care aligned with treatment goals.

• Manage casework for assigned patients by coordinating with external professionals and leveraging community resources for optimal care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
